Initial Enquiry
Initial enquiry by you, by Online Quote Form or e-mail. Include as much detail as you can (type of function, venue
etc). We will reply answering any questions you may have, confirming available dates, detailing what we can offer and providing a provisional price quote.
Booking Form & Deposit
We will then send you a booking agreement form. You will be required to fill this in
and return it to us with a deposit.
The booking form also forms part of our terms and conditions to ensure that
there can be no misunderstandings where times, money and venues are concerned.
At this point we invite you to send us a list of any specific songs, artists or music styles that you want us to play at your function.
Confirmation
When we receive the completed booking form and deposit, your
booking will then be final and confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail, along with
a receipt for your deposit and confirmation of the balance due on the
night.
Venue Assessment
There are a few things that we need to know if you want your function to
start on time. For setting up the equipment we usually like a minimum of one
and half hours.
This will depend on
- the size of show
- the amount of equipment we need
- the location of the venue
- the access to the function room (i.e. do we have long corridors and stairs to negotiate)
- the availability of the function room proprietor to let us in
All these can affect the set-up time and cost of your disco.
At the end of the function we may need up to one hour to pack up the disco
equipment and carry it all out, again depending on access etc.
Final Check
About one or two weeks before the function we will contact you to
confirm that the function is still on and to re-assure you that we will be
there. Also any finer details can be discussed at this point. After that, we
will see you on the night.
