• The Music De'Lights disco will be in position and ready to perform at the agreed time.
• Access to the venue will be available not less than one and a half hours before the stated start time.
• It is also agreed that the DJ will take half an hour to remove his equipment from the venue at the end of the event.
• The venue must be in possession of the necessary Entertainment & Dance Licence.
• The venue allows us the use of some tables to set our equipment up on and operate from.
• The 'Hirer' will be responsible for the conduct of his/her guests, and that any damage caused to the disco equipment, by a guest, will be charged to the 'Hirer'.
• The 'Hirer' will make themselves known to the DJ at the beginning of the show and liase with the DJ as to any special needs during the evening and as to any changes in running times, music styles etc.
• The 'Hirer' is asked to confirm the use of a Smoke Machine and Strobe Lighting is acceptable prior to the start of the event. Music De'Lights will not accept responsibility / liability for any false fire alarms within the building or injury / adverse effect to any person by the use of smoke / strobe lights.
• In the event of the 'Hirer' cancelling the booking, the 'Hirer' then loses any deposit paid.
• If the event is to be rescheduled for another date, and the DJ is available for that new date, then any deposit paid will carry over to the new date. If the DJ is unavailable for the new date then the booking will be deemed as cancelled by the 'Hirer' as above.
• In the unlikely event of Music De'Lights being forced to cancel the booking, for whatever reason, we will not be held responsible for any consequential loss whatsoever. In these circumstances any deposits paid would be refunded in full and all efforts will be made by Music De'Lights to arrange a replacement DJ for you if you so require.
• If during the performance the equipment should fail, or the DJ is unable to complete the event for any reason, the amount payable will be reduced proportionate to the percentage of time already played and the time left. If a failure happens at or near to the end of the stated show time, full payment will be due.
• Payment to be paid to the DJ in cash on the day at the beginning of the evening.
• All deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
• Both the booking form and the Terms and Conditions along with any special arrangements all constitute as being 'The Contract' between you, 'the Hirer' and 'Music De'lights'.
• Music De'Lights does not accept any responsibility to damages or losses, before, during or after the event to the venue, it's personnel and equipment however caused.
• Although we have never had a complaint and don't intend to, any complaints should be directed to Steve Street on 01932 340 599
